CB23 2 / CB23 7
Hardwick is a medium-sized village on the old A428, closer to Cambridge than Cambourne. It has a primary school, a village shop, a pub, and a recreation ground. The housing is a mix of older properties and some more recent development. It is close enough to Cambridge that you could cycle in on a good day, and the guided busway stop at Madingley is not far. It is quieter and more established than Cambourne next door, which is part of the appeal for people who want the village feel without the new-town atmosphere.
