Dunton Green & Riverhead

Two villages north of Sevenoaks that have merged into one residential area without quite losing their separate identities. Riverhead clusters around its green and the busy A25/A21 junction. Dunton Green is quieter, set back from the main roads with its own little station. The housing is mostly 1930s to 1960s family homes with good-sized gardens, plus some older cottages near Riverhead church. Knole Park is genuinely walkable, which is a real asset. Dunton Green station gives you a slower but direct run into London Bridge. Families choose this over Sevenoaks town because you get more house for the money while staying in the same school catchments.
