Edenbridge South and West

The southern and western side of Edenbridge is more residential and newer, with postwar housing estates and some modern development. Edenbridge station (the main line one, not Town) sits on this side, though neither station is fast. You lose the character of the old high street here but gain slightly more affordable housing and easy access to the countryside towards Hever and Chiddingstone. Families use the local primary schools and secondary provision means a bus to Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge for most.
