This covers the older part of Edenbridge including the high street and the town centre around the church. Housing is a mix of period cottages near the centre, some Victorian and Edwardian terraces, and 1960s/70s estates further out. Edenbridge Town station is on this side, which is the more convenient of the two for the high street. Hever Castle is just up the road, and the countryside around here is genuinely pretty. It feels like a working Kent town rather than a commuter dormitory, with a butcher, a greengrocer, and a proper community feel.
