Egham Hythe sits between Egham town centre and the river, a mix of Victorian cottages and later infill. It's walkable to Egham station and close enough to the high street for daily errands. The streets are quiet and residential without being memorable. St Jude's infant and junior schools are nearby and well regarded locally. It's the sort of area where young families buy their first Surrey house because the prices are lower than Englefield Green or Virginia Water.
