Brimsdown

Brimsdown is primarily an industrial estate alongside the Lee Navigation canal, with residential streets tucked behind it. The housing is mostly interwar semis and terraces. Brimsdown station (Greater Anglia) runs into Liverpool Street but services are patchy. It's a functional, affordable part of the borough without much in the way of amenities. The Lee Valley towpath is right there if you want green space and walking routes.
