Named after the lock on the Lee Navigation, next to the old Royal Small Arms Factory site which has been redeveloped into Enfield Island Village. The island village is a gated-ish estate of newer houses that feels completely separate from the surrounding area. The older parts of Enfield Lock are more typical east Enfield, with interwar terraces and some council stock. The station runs to Liverpool Street. Lee Valley Regional Park is right there for cycling and walking.
