Stamford

Stamford ward covers the area around Stamford Green, a small village green on the eastern side of Epsom. The green has a pub and a handful of houses around it, which gives a slight village feel, though most of the ward is standard suburban housing. It's close to the Downs and handy for the town centre. A solid, unexciting residential area that does what it needs to do.
