Wescott

Wescott covers the eastern side of Wokingham towards Bracknell. It's a residential area with a mix of housing ages, from older properties near the town to more modern developments further east. The Wescott area has seen some new building in recent years as Wokingham's housing allocation has grown. Practical location between Wokingham and Bracknell, though it lacks its own distinct identity.
