Norreys

Norreys is the main residential area south of Wokingham town centre. It grew through the 1960s and 70s with planned estates of semis and detached houses around Norreys Avenue. There's a community hall and a couple of small greens but it's primarily residential. It benefits from being close to both the town centre and the countryside towards Finchampstead. Solid family area with good access to local schools. Nothing flashy, just well-kept suburban streets that do the job.
