Evendons

Evendons is the northern part of Wokingham between the town centre and the A329M. It's a mix of older houses near the town and more recent development further out, including some substantial detached properties on larger plots. Evendons Lane itself has a leafy, established feel. Close enough to walk into town but also well placed for Reading and the motorway corridor. Quieter and slightly more upmarket than the estates further out.
