Woodcote

Woodcote is the posh end of Epsom. Large detached houses on wide, tree-lined roads between the racecourse and the Downs. The RAC Club is here, and the whole area has a prosperous, golf-and-Range-Rover feel. Woodcote Green is a pleasant focal point. Housing stock is mostly substantial interwar and postwar detached houses with big gardens. It's where Epsom's money lives, and the proximity to the Downs means you can walk straight onto open grassland from some of the streets.
