Thundersley North

The northern part of Thundersley slopes up towards Daws Heath and the woodland edges. Streets feel more spread out here, with some larger detached properties on generous plots mixed in with standard semis. Daws Heath itself has a slightly rural, end-of-the-road feel with the woods right there. You need a car for everything. It's popular with families who want space and quiet without paying Leigh-on-Sea prices, and the trade-off is that there is genuinely nothing within walking distance except trees.
