Bramley and Wonersh

Two proper Surrey villages south of Guildford connected by country lanes. Bramley has a small village centre with a shop, a pub, and a cricket ground. Wonersh is even smaller but has the Grantley Arms and a pretty village green. Bramley has its own station on the Portsmouth line, which is useful though services are not frequent. Housing is a mix of period cottages, larger detached places, and some newer infill. It feels genuinely rural, not just suburban-with-hedges. You need a car for anything beyond the basics.
