Riverview Park

A 1960s and 70s housing estate on the eastern side of Gravesend, built on higher ground with some properties genuinely getting river views. Mostly semis and some terraces laid out in cul-de-sacs. There is a local school and a small community centre. It is a typical planned estate of its era, functional and family-oriented but not much in the way of local shops or character. You drive to everything.
