Singlewell

Singlewell is on the southern edge of Gravesend where the town meets open countryside. The housing is a mix of 1930s semis nearer the town and larger detached houses as you go further south towards the A2. Singlewell Road has a rural feel in places with hedgerows and fields. There is a primary school and it borders the Cascades leisure centre. Families who want a bit more space and a less urban feel within Gravesend tend to end up here.
