Woodlands Park

Woodlands Park is a relatively modern housing estate on the southern fringe of Gravesend, built from the 1990s onwards. Detached and semi-detached houses in cul-de-sac layouts, the kind of development that could be anywhere in the southeast. There are local shops, a primary school, and green space. It appeals to families who want something newer and do not mind being car-dependent. It sits right next to the A2, so road links are good but you hear the traffic.
