Perry Street is one of the more settled residential parts of Gravesend. 1930s semis and some larger detached houses along Perry Street itself. There is a small parade of shops and a couple of decent takeaways. Coldharbour Road runs parallel and the area merges into Northfleet to the west. It is quiet and residential without being isolated. Families like it because there is space and it is walkable to Northfleet station.
