Rosherville

Rosherville takes its name from the old Victorian pleasure gardens, though there is nothing left of those now. It sits between Gravesend and Northfleet along the river. The area is mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces with some social housing. It has a no-frills feel but the riverside walk is pleasant and the proximity to both Gravesend and Ebbsfleet gives it potential. Some of the older properties are being picked up by buyers priced out of London.
