Painters Ash

Painters Ash is a quiet residential pocket between Northfleet and Gravesend, mostly 1930s to 1960s semis and some bungalows on curving suburban streets. It has a primary school and not much else locally, so you are relying on Gravesend or the retail parks for shopping. Families settle here because the houses are a decent size for the money and the streets are calm. It does not have much character of its own, but that is part of the appeal if you want somewhere unexciting and affordable.
