Kidbrooke Village is the Berkeley Homes development that replaced the Ferrier Estate. It's a self-contained new-build neighbourhood with its own shops, a primary school, and landscaped green spaces. The build quality is above average for London new-builds. It's popular with young families and professionals who want something modern without the tower-block feel of somewhere like Greenwich Peninsula. Kidbrooke station is walkable. It's clean and well-maintained but it does have that slightly sterile new-development atmosphere.
