The Page Estate is one of the larger council estates in Eltham, built in the 1960s and 70s. It has had a mixed reputation over the years but investment in recent decades has improved things. It's functional housing, mostly low-rise flats and maisonettes. Eltham town centre and its stations are nearby. The community is tight-knit and it's one of the more affordable parts of the borough.
