GU1 1
Bellfields is Guildford's largest council estate, built in the 1920s and expanded after the war. It sits north of the town centre, separated from the rest of Guildford by Stoke Park. The houses are modest but many have been bought through right-to-buy and extended. There's a community centre and a small parade of shops. Slyfield next door is mostly industrial with a recycling centre and business units. It's affordable by Guildford standards, which is the main reason families end up here. Spectrum leisure centre is just down the road.
