Stoughton South

The southern half of Stoughton, closer to the town centre and the university campus. Similar housing stock to the north but slightly more mixed, with some Victorian and Edwardian properties closer to the Woodbridge Road end. The area around Woodbridge Hill has a small cluster of shops and restaurants. It's well located between the station and the hospital, and the housing is more affordable than the wards south of the High Street.
