Clissold Park

Clissold Park is Stoke Newington's main green space, and the streets around it are some of the most desirable in the borough. The park has a small zoo, a cafe, tennis courts, and on summer weekends it's packed. The houses facing the park on Green Lanes and Church Street command serious prices. Victorian terraces, many well maintained, with a mix of families and long-term residents. Church Street's independent shops are walking distance. It's the affluent, leafy face of Hackney.
