Springfield Park gives this area its identity. The park slopes down to the River Lea with views across the valley and a small cafe. The streets around it are residential and quiet, with Victorian terraces that are more affordable than the western side of the borough. It borders Clapton and Upper Clapton, and the feel is suburban by Hackney standards. Stamford Hill Overground is the nearest station.
