Bishop's Park

Bishop's Park runs along the Thames next to Fulham Palace and Craven Cottage (Fulham FC's ground). The park itself is lovely, with a lake, tennis courts, and the river walk. The streets behind are residential, with a mix of Victorian terraces and larger period houses. Putney Bridge tube (District line) is the nearest station. On match days it gets busy with football crowds heading to the Cottage. The rest of the time it's one of the most peaceful parts of Fulham, with the palace grounds and riverside giving it a genuinely special setting.
