St Ann's is the residential area between Harringay and Seven Sisters. The old St Ann's Hospital site is being redeveloped into a major housing scheme, which will change the area over the next few years. For now it's a quiet, slightly scruffy residential neighbourhood of Victorian terraces. St Ann's Road runs through the middle. It's close to Green Lanes and the Harringay Ladder for food and shopping. No station of its own, so you walk to either Harringay Green Lanes or Seven Sisters. It's one of those areas where longtime residents and newer arrivals are still figuring out the balance.
