Wood Green

Noel Park is a conservation area of planned Victorian terraces built as affordable housing in the 1880s. The streets have a uniform, grid-like character and the houses are smaller than in the western parts of the borough. Wood Green High Road is nearby for shopping and Wood Green tube (Piccadilly line) is the main station. It's diverse, affordable by Haringey standards, and has a quiet community feel within the grid. Not much in the way of local amenities on the estate itself though.
