Beam Park

A large new-build development on the site of the old Ford factory in Dagenham, spilling into the Rainham end of Havering. Hundreds of modern flats and houses, most built since 2020. There's a new station planned (Beam Park station) but currently the nearest is Rainham. The development has a primary school and some green space built in. It's popular with first-time buyers priced out of inner London. Functional new-build living without much established community yet.
