Another of the original New Town neighbourhoods, Bennetts End is mostly 1950s council-built housing. It has its own small shopping parade and community centre. The Bennetts End Road area is straightforward and unpretentious. It's one of the more affordable parts of Hemel, which makes it popular with young families getting onto the ladder. Close to Leverstock Green for a bit more greenery.
