Leverstock Green

Leverstock Green feels like a village that got absorbed into Hemel's expansion but has kept its own identity. There's a proper village green, a pub (The Leather Bottle), a primary school, and a cricket club. The housing is mixed, from older cottages around the green to 1970s and 80s estates further out. It's popular with families precisely because it has that community feel without being completely cut off from the rest of town. The Holy Trinity school is well regarded locally.
