Woodhall Farm

Woodhall Farm is one of the later New Town estates, built in the 1970s and 80s on the northern edge of Hemel. It has a more suburban layout than the earlier neighbourhoods, with crescents and cul-de-sacs. The local shopping parade on Redbourn Road serves the basics. It borders open countryside to the north, which gives it more of an edge-of-town feel. The housing is relatively modern by Hemel standards and there are some decent-sized family homes.
