Abbey

Abbey is the town centre ward. The high street has had a rough couple of decades, losing shops and footfall, though the Eden Centre holds some of the chains together. The Rye park along the river is a genuine asset, good for kids and a walk. Housing is a real mix: some older terraces, flats above shops, and council stock. It's the most diverse part of Wycombe, with a large South Asian and Eastern European population. Not where people aspire to live, but functional and close to everything.
