Terriers

Terriers is the residential area northwest of the town centre, climbing the hill towards Hazlemere. It has its own small shopping parade and a neighbourhood feel that's stronger than most of the Wycombe suburbs. The housing is mostly Edwardian and interwar semis, with some larger detached houses on the roads heading up the hill. It's popular with families who want to be close to town but in a quieter spot. The Royal Grammar School is nearby, which matters to a lot of buyers.
