Residential estates on the eastern side of Wycombe, mostly built from the 1960s onwards. Castlefield has a mix of council and private housing. Oakridge is slightly more suburban in feel with some newer builds. It's a quiet, ordinary part of town without much in the way of local shops or character. Families on a budget end up here because the houses are bigger than what you'd get closer to the centre.
