Horley Central and South

This covers the town centre and the streets stretching south towards the Sussex border. Horley station is here, along with the high street, the Waitrose, and most of the local shops and pubs. Housing is a mix of Victorian terraces near the centre, 1930s semis further out, and some newer infill. The recreation ground and Horley Bowling Club give it a bit of community life. It is the most walkable part of Horley for everyday errands. Aircraft noise is a constant companion, especially during early mornings.
