PoshGood high street

Clerkenwell has transformed from a light-industrial backwater into one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods. The design agencies and architecture practices came first, then the restaurants and bars, then the developers. Exmouth Market is the social hub, with restaurants, cafes, and a weekly street market. Housing is a mix of warehouse conversions and new-build flats. Property prices are very high. It's busy, creative, and well-connected to the City. Not much in the way of green space, but that's not why people live here.
