Leighton Buzzard South

The south side of Leighton Buzzard has seen a lot of new development over the past 15 years, with large estates of new builds spreading towards the bypass. Stanbridge Meadow and the newer Clipstone Park developments are down this way. The housing stock skews modern, which means better insulation and parking but less character. The Linslade side, across the canal, is technically in Buckinghamshire and has a slightly different feel with more established streets and the recreation ground. Tiddenfoot Waterside Park runs along the southern edge and is well used by families and joggers.
