Perry Vale

Perry Vale is a residential area that sits between Forest Hill and Sydenham and is primarily made up of Victorian and Edwardian streets that have proved popular with families as prices have risen across south London. The High Street is less developed than those in Forest Hill or Sydenham, and residents generally travel to one of the neighbouring areas for their shopping and social life. Perry Vale station provides rail links and the Overground at Forest Hill is within walking distance for most residents. It is a solid, unpretentious residential area that works well for families.
