Boyn Hill is one of the more established residential parts of Maidenhead, sitting between the town centre and the A404(M). Large Victorian and Edwardian houses along Boyn Hill Road and the streets off it, many of them detached with decent gardens. All Saints Church anchors the area. It has a slightly more settled, affluent feel than the streets closer to the high street. The Courtlands estate adds some postwar housing. Good primary schools nearby make it popular with families, and it is a short walk into town or to the station.
