This is a mixed bag of residential character, with older terraces around Grove Green that have been gradually refreshed and newer housing around Vinters Park that was built during the expansion of the 1990s and 2000s. It doesn't have the prestige of Fant but it punches above its weight for value, and Vinters Park in particular has decent open space and parkland that residents actually use. Commute-wise it's well placed for the M20 interchange.
