South of the A13, towards the river and Silvertown. More industrial feel than the north, with warehouses and distribution centres mixed in with residential pockets. The Custom House and Royal Victoria DLR stations are nearby. It is less developed than the Canning Town side of the Jubilee line, and quieter for it. New builds are creeping in around the Royal Docks area but it is still early days.
