Victoria Docks

Victoria Docks covers the area around the Royal Victoria Dock waterfront, including the ExCeL centre and a growing number of residential towers. The dock water is impressive and there is a cable car across the Thames to Greenwich Peninsula, though it is mainly a tourist curiosity. DLR stations at Royal Victoria and Custom House serve the area. It still feels underpopulated, like the buildings arrived before the neighbourhood did. When ExCeL has an event the area buzzes, otherwise it is quiet.
