Bentley Heath & The Royds

Bentley Heath is a residential area to the south of Potters Bar with a mix of 1930s semis and later builds. The Royds is a neighbourhood with its own identity, with some council housing and private homes. The area has a primary school and a small parade of shops. It's walkable to the station, which is its main selling point.
