Rainham South West

Rainham South West is the southwestern counterpart to South East, similar in character with interwar and postwar terraces and semis filling the streets. Slightly newer housing stock toward the western edges gives it a marginal edge in condition. It has even less in the way of a local high street than South East, so residents tend to drive or walk into Rainham centre for most things. The area is popular with families precisely because space here is more achievable than it would be nearer to the station. Practical and unpretentious.
