Rainham South East

Rainham South East covers the southeastern edge of the built-up area, largely made up of mid-century and later housing development. It is quiet and functional, the sort of area that is easy to live in without being particularly distinctive. There are a few local shops but nothing worth making a special trip for. It shares the same family-friendly appeal as the rest of Rainham but without the village-centre benefits. Reasonable value compared to places closer to the station.
