Nethercourt

Nethercourt is the residential area inland from Ramsgate centre, straddling the road towards Margate. Mostly inter-war and post-war housing with some newer estates. There is a retail park nearby which handles the practical shopping. It is a quieter, more suburban part of Ramsgate without much in the way of character, but it is affordable and functional. Families settle here because the houses have gardens and it is close to schools.
