Newington

Newington sits on the western side of Ramsgate, a residential area of mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces. It is one of the more deprived parts of town, with a higher concentration of HMOs and rented accommodation. The streets are densely built and there is not much green space. Closer to the station, which is useful, but the area itself is functional rather than somewhere people choose for its atmosphere.
