Goodmayes

Goodmayes sits between Seven Kings and Chadwell Heath along the Elizabeth line corridor. The station gives it a direct link to Liverpool Street and the West End, which is the main selling point. Housing is Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many converted into flats but some still as family houses. Goodmayes Park is a decent local green space. King George Hospital is here, which is the borough's main hospital. It is affordable, practical, and increasingly popular with families who have been priced out of areas further west along the corridor.
